On the day of arrival you can collect the apartment keys at the office of Turistica Azzurra, in Corso del Sole, 130.
Check-in: 16.00-19.00
On the day of departure the keys of the apartment must be returned to the office of Turistica Azzurra, in Corso del Sole, 130.
Check-out: 9.00-10.00
Only in case of delay due to unforeseen circumstances during the trip or in special cases agreed and authorized by Turistica Azzurra, the keys can be left in the special boxes with code, located outside the agency.
In case of early departure or out of schedule, please advise at least the day before. Keys must be returned to the office or left in the box outside the office. In case of early departure no refund will be made.
The kitchens are equipped, in addition to the gas stove and refrigerator, with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. Linen and household hygiene products are not included.
Yes, each apartment is equipped with pillows and blankets.
In respect of the following guests, we kindly invite you not to smoke inside the apartments.
Each apartment may not accommodate a number of people superior to the number of beds indicated. Children and infants should be considered as adults
Pets of small size are allowed, with prior authorization of the Turistica Azzurra and with a supplement of € 25 per week. We kindly ask you to manage the presence of pets in a way that does not disturb other guests and we recommend the use of leashes in public areas. Their access to the solarium area of the swimming pools is not allowed.
The apartment must be left tidy and clean. Bathroom, kitchenette, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans and floors must be washed. The garbage must be thrown in the appropriate bins. A final cleaning service is available on request and against payment.
The amount of tourist tax 2024 is € 1,00 per person/night. It is calculated up to a maximum of 10 nights. Children under 4 years old and disabled people with their helper are exempt.
Yes, it is possible to book in advance the beach place from the website www. bibionespiaggiaonline. com. The reservation can only be weekly (from Saturday to Friday), with code provided by the agency.
Dogs are allowed only in some parts of the free beach or, for a fee, at the beach equipped for dogs “La Spiaggia di Pluto”.
Before each new entry, the apartments are sanitized using sodium hypochlorite-based detergents and/or hydroalcoholic solutions, in addition to normal detergents, in accordance with the health protocols indicated by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (technical-scientific body of the Italian National Health Service)
Please observe the opening hours of the swimming pools: approximately from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 20.00, unless otherwise indicated on site
