On the day of arrival, you can pick up the keys to the apartment at the office of Turistica Azzurra, 130 Corso del Sole.
Check-in: 4-7 p.m.
On the day of departure, keys must be returned to the office of the Turistica Azzurra, 130 Corso del Sole.
Check-out: 9 a.m.-10 p.m.
Check-in is guaranteed exclusively during the agency’s opening hours, from 4:00 p.m. and no later than 7:00 p.m.
As we have only a limited number of key safes with code, we can leave the apartment keys outside the agency ONLY in the event of delays due to unforeseen travel circumstances or in special cases agreed upon and authorized by Turistica Azzurra — and only after you have fully completed the online check-in form.
This service is subject to availability and costs €30.
In case of early or off-time departure, please kindly notify at least the day before. Keys must be returned to the office or left in the box outside it. In case of early departure, no refund will be made.
In addition to the stove and refrigerator, the kitchens are equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cutlery. Household linen and toiletries are not included.
Yes, each apartment is equipped with pillows and blankets.
As additional services, we offer the following exclusively on request and for an extra charge:
- Bed linen (€9 per person, no changes)
- Towels (€6 per person: one small towel + one bath towel, no changes)
- Full set: bed linen + towels (€13 per set, no changes)
For Master Village Family, we offer the following exclusively on request and for an extra charge:
- Bed linen (€11 per person, no changes)
- Towels (€8 per person: one small towel + one bath towel, no changes)
- Full set: bed linen + towels (€16 per set, no changes)
In the studio apartments of Residence G. Verdi, the full set is provided free of charge.
Out of respect for the following guests, we kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartments.
No more people than the indicated number of beds can be accommodated in each apartment. Children and infants should be considered as adults.
A baby cot can only be provided if the number of guests staying in the apartment does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy.
As an additional service, the baby cot offered through our office costs €3 per night. Bed linen is not included in the price.
In Master Village Family, the baby cot (without bed linen) is provided free of charge upon request.
Small pets are allowed, provided they have a health certificate confirming up-to-date vaccinations, excluding Villaggio Ducale, with prior authorization from Turistica Azzurra and with a surcharge of € 25,- per week/per stay, if less than 7 nights.
We kindly ask you to manage the presence of pets without causing disturbance to other guests and recommend the use of leashes in common areas.
Pets are not allowed to access the solarium area of the swimming pools.
Assistance animals for guests with disabilities are permitted in all properties at no extra charge.
The apartment should be left tidy and clean. Bathroom, kitchenette, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans and floors must be washed. Garbage should be thrown in the appropriate dumpsters.
A final cleaning service is available upon request for a fee.
The 2025 tourist tax amount is €1.15 per person/night.
It is calculated up to a maximum of 10 nights.
Children under 4 years old and disabled persons with an accompanying person are exempt.
Yes, it is possible to reserve the beach place in advance from www.bibionespiaggiaonline.com. Reservation can only be weekly (Saturday to Friday), with code provided by the agency.
The code required for online booking can be provided in advance after the deposit has been paid, and only upon request.
Dogs are allowed only on certain sections of the free beach or, for a fee, at the dog-friendly beach “Pluto’s Beach” located in Lido dei Pini.
Before each new entry, the apartments are sanitized using sodium hypochlorite-based cleaners and/or hydroalcoholic solutions, in addition to normal detergents, in accordance with the sanitary protocols specified by the National Institute of Health.
Please observe the time of use of the swimming pools: approximately 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., unless otherwise specified on site
