Price includes electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, Wi-Fi for 3 simultaneous internet accesses, VAT and the agency fee.

Tourist tax will be paid separately on arrival.

The voucher for beach service (1 sun umbrella + 1 sunbed + 1 deck chair- from the 4^th line) is included in the price for all the apartments only if the reservations are of 7 nights at least. For stays shorter than 7 nights the voucher for beach service is to be paid extra: daily tickets cost € 13,50 per beach place. Extra weekly tickets at disposal (until availability is exhausted) for € 70,00/per beach place.

The apartment must be cleaned by the client before departure (including pots and pans, fridge and gas stove). Any extra cleaning needed will be charged to client and deducted from the compulsory deposit.

At request: final cleaning € 30-65,00 (depending on the type of apartment)

Reservation

The guest pays the 30% of the total cost after booking:

By credit card

Balance

The guest pays the balance of the reservation:

On the day of arrival, by POS or cash
at least 7 days before check-in, by bank transfer

CANCELLATION TERMS

The guest pays 30% of the total cost if he cancels after booking. The deposit will not be given back under any circumstances. Cancellation must be notified at least 4 weeks (28 days) before the stay starts. Otherwise and if TURISTICA AZZURRA is unable to rent the apartment to someone else, the guest will have to settle the rest of the amount too.
